Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

- Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days

- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 Business Days

- Remote Areas: 7–14 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping on selected products and promotions.

- Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or high order volumes may cause delays.

Ezirion is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional charges may occur. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, Ezirion ships only within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
